A property bought by eight Sannyassins about eight years ago.
Size of the property: 8.6ha
Location: 45km inland from the little coastal town Knysna. This is a part of the “Garden Route”, a very green stretch of land along the stunningly beautiful Cape Coast in S-Africa.

All Full Moon retreats start on a Saturday 16:00 with supper – it is advisable to be here
by about 17:30 to settle in – and we
carry on until Monday round about 16:00.
There is always a possibility to stay longer if you wish.
Please bring: bedding, a torch, ingredients for vegetarian
meals and warm clothing, since the temperatures seem to have an increasing
habit of sudden changes.
Cost: R 100.- a night a person to use the vicinities, and
donations for the actual retreat.

This seems to be a glorious time where all rivers want to meet, and in celebration we are sitting with the Buddha allowing the dharma to unfold here in its own particular way.
The Osho Oasis was bought by eight shareholders with the intention to start a meditative community.
Only two of us arrived to actually live here, and we enjoyed a few years of solitude building cottages for ourselves and finding means of making a living. It became more and more evident though that the other shareholders had no intentions of joining us, and we were wandering what to do with the land.
So we offered it up to existence, waiting to see what kind of flower wanted to grow here.
